Wonderful experience at Olivia’s! The squid ink casarecce was a beautiful dish, more shrimp than expexcted, complex flavor. The tiramisu had a hard shell top and all layers melted in my mouth. The service was just as impressive and the lively atmosphere and ambiance was perfect for a great evening out. Definitely will go back soon:)

We celebrated my birthday at Olivia St. Petersburg, and the entire night was a true experience from start to finish! I had been looking forward to trying their famous tableside chicken parm for a while, and it did not disappoint. ​We had a slightly rocky start with valet and a minor delay in getting seated despite having online reservations, but manager Tommy was fantastic—he handled the situation with total grace and made sure we were taken care of. ​Once seated, our server, Olsi, completely stole the show. Having dined at many fine dining establishments, I can honestly say I’ve never experienced service quite like his. Olsi was hands-down unbelievable and made the evening truly memorable. ​As for the food—oh my goodness! Every single dish was spectacular. One of the best parts of the meal was trying to decipher all the incredible, complex flavors in every bite. ​Thank you to Tommy, Olsi, and the Olivia team for turning a bumpy start into an unforgettable birthday dinner!

The food was phenomenal, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere bustling and exciting. We had some issues with the parking situation, but with a bit effort things were made right- so I can't knock Olivia's for that. Back to the meal. The "viral" Chicken Parm far exceeds the hype. Sure the presentation is fun, but the food is very SERIOUS! The best Chicken Parm I've ever had by far. Albeit rich, its simple composition of carefully selected, top notch ingredients exudes a mastery of this dish. The Agnolotti too was to die for. A bite into this stuffed pasta turns into an explosion of flavor that is rich, decadent, and elegant at the same time. So lost in the sauce, I forgot to take a photo. The drinks were exceptional too. I could really rave on and on, but might as well save that for a subsequent visit, which can't seem to come soon enough! Brava Olivia!

Absolutely Delicious Meal on this Monday night ! Definitely make a reservation to ensure a seating. We were a party of 5 and Chris was our server. He was friendly , engaging, and attentive. I highly suggest trying to go 4 or more to share apps and desserts. We started with the charcuterie board, burrata, goat cheese sformato, and extra garlic bread to start. For entree we got the tableside chicken parm with pastas bucatini & tortiglioni and also got the house made lasagna. We all shared dessert. My favorite was the apple tort and my husband like the strawberry olive oil cake. The kids demolished the tiramisu. We finished dinner with fresh brewed espresso. They add automatic 15% gratuity so of course we added more. The restaurant is clean, you can see management walking around and helping the serving staff. 10/10 recommend.

It sucks that Google only lets me give 5 stars because OLIVIA is more than a 5-star experience. From the moment I walked in, I knew we were set up for success. We had an idea of what we wanted to try from previous reviews and our due diligence in studying this menu, but we still found our server, Bryce, to be extremely helpful and warm. Every item we ordered exceeded expectations. Probably the best garlic bread I’ve ever had? The meatballs were flavorful. The red sauce? I could’ve done with a pint of it to dip the garlic bread in. It’s hard for me to choose a favorite between the agnolotti and lasagna. The agnolotti was so rich and decadent. The short rib would just melt in your mouth, and the breadcrumbs on top made for the perfect bite. The lasagna was inviting despite how intimidating it might look. Those pasta sheets are hiding the warmest bolognese, bechamel, and ricotta. Might have been my favorite all-around bite of the night. There was so much more on the menu that we wanted to try, and we’ll definitely make an effort to come back. Oh, drinks! Il Pepe is excellent if you like something strong and spicy. Wifey had the white wine sangria, which was perfect if you like drinks
